Joanne Jan is the Project Manager of Strategic Partnerships at data.org. In this role, she collaborates with key stakeholders to strengthen social impact organizations’ capacity to use data. Joanne began her career tutoring and mentoring middle school students as an AmeriCorps member with City Year Boston. She then pivoted to focus on strategy, operations, and project management at a variety of nonprofit organizations, including a school management network, a social-emotional learning nonprofit, and a leadership development organization for healthcare professionals. She has a BA in Classics & Psychology from Colgate University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Currently, she is based in Boston and enjoys drinking boba and reading in her free time.
