Adenike Adeyemi is the Executive Director of FATE Foundation, Nigeria’s leading business incubator. Her 20-year experience includes working in the private, public, and development sectors to develop, fund, and implement innovative programs and high-impact policies for entrepreneurs and young innovators.
She drives FATE Foundation’s strategy, growth, and innovation to connect entrepreneurs with knowledge, tools, and technology to start, grow and scale sustainable businesses and also the development of data insights and active policy engagement for an improved entrepreneurial ecosystem for small and growing businesses. Prior to FATE Foundation, she worked in the Development Advisory Services of KPMG Nigeria. She serves on the Board of Youth Business International and BudgIT.
Adenike has a Masters of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and a B.A in Linguistics from the University of Ibadan. She is a 2023 Google Non-Profit Leaders to Watch and a 2020 Eisenhower Global Leaders Fellow.
