Victor Ohuruogu is a Senior Africa Regional Manager for the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data. He leads on country-level political and technical engagements that aim to catalyze progress and strengthen data ecosystems towards addressing key data issues for sustainable development at both the national and sub-national levels. He also provides expertise and support on other technical aspects of the Global Partnership’s strategy and work plan. Victor was formerly a Markets Engagement Manager for West Africa at GSMA. He is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
